Join Lara Gonzalez an interactive exploration of the beautiful healing rhythms, dances and songs from West Africa, including Nigeria, Guinea, Mali and Ghana. Lara has an holistic approach to music and movement that is fun, encouraging and accessible for all abilities, with a focus on joyful discovery! Participants are guided through engaging content including traditional music, dance, language and indigenous instruments. Individual expression, teamwork, performing arts, diversity and wellness are highlighted.
